parkour class in Brevard!

hey guys there’s a parkour class for people of all skill levels, ages 18 and under in brevard at east coast gymnastics. Whether your new and want to start or just wanting to brush up on your techniques this is a good place to do it. in this class you will learn to move efficiently and gain a good self awareness. the class will meet up outside of the gym every once in a while to train outdoors and try what you learned outside. its $12.50 per class every Tuesday from 2-4. out door meet ups are free,if you have any questions call or text me at 321 243 9253. gym location (3400 North Courtenay Parkway Merritt Island, FL 32953-8314 (321) 454-2244)this class is not meant to be a primary source of training, you should continue to train outdoors and attend flpk meets and jams to learn from people all over in the real environment. the gym is just a safe way to work on some of your techniques -Connor hughes
